PZHA’s goals around research, welfare, and promoting fibre and processing make fibre testing a natural fit. Testing supports better breeding decisions, but it also supports the bigger picture, improving herd quality, encouraging best practice, and strengthening how Polish alpaca fibre is presented to the market.
For individual breeders, it helps with fleece sorting, pricing, and clear product descriptions. For the association, it creates a shared base of knowledge that makes education and long term improvement much easier.
